My goal is to develop the least restrictive, most financially sound plan to help senior family members. I work with clients who have mental health issues, Alzheimer's disease, strokes, Parkinson's disease, as well as normal aging issues. How is my care management service superior to other care managers who operate their own home health care agencies?

 Although home care is a necessary component of care, as an independent contractor without a home care agency I can provide more individualized service to my client by:

 

• Assisting them in finding high quality home care at a reasonable cost.

• Having the resources for finding caregivers or companions, at competitive rates, who will be happier and better paid than employees of home care agencies.

• Matching client and caregivers for longevity and continuity of care.

• Assisting with negotiating rate of pay directly to caregivers.

• Assisting in setting up payroll services.
